Highlands School District
The residents of Harrison Township are served by the Highlands School District, which also encompasses Brackenridge Borough, Tarentum Borough and Fawn Township. The District includes four elementary schools, a middle school, and high school.
The district mascot is the Golden Ram, and school colors are brown and gold.
Highlands Golden Rams Stadium, built in 2003, is located directly behind the middle school. The stadium includes a Community Center which is available for use by contacting the administrative office at 724-226-2400.
